its your eyes lah.. .as the eye ball adjust and adapt to make sense of what you are looking at in your brain, the effect appears to show the circles moving...cool pic...use to study these when I was studying art in U.............very interesting...

You have to use your peripheral vision then can see it moving lah, stare at one pic then at the corner of your eye notice the one next to what you're staring at, it'll be moving!
