大約以滴去計算吧, 是不斷的滴進去, 明白嗎? 是用 air pipe 的.

ammonia 無check, no3 就幾高, test result 橙色的

the water flow rate shld be as strong as the pic.... erm.... not drop by drop, maybe the water xchange in the bb bowl no fast enough, resulting in ammonia build up ;)

if possible try to maintain as low no3 as possible lor.... Good water quality equals to healthy fish!

erm.... what setup u using? what specis u keeping?

floating babies is becos the specis u keep produce pelagic babies, which need a fish bowl setup to keep them away from the surface... ;)

yap same.... sorry ar, i don't know how to draft wor....

or.... u can try using a big rubbish bin, position the air bubblling in the centre of the bin, the effect is quite the same, creating turbulence... keeping e fries off e surface. ;)

ok... 我試下做一個大些的bowl.

另外我想問一下, 咁大水流下bb bowl, 會不會令佢地不能自行游動? bbs 會不會吸走?

The healthy ones will swim with e current, the dying or unhealthy ones will go with e flow till they sink to the bottom. :)

u need to feed bbs every 3-4 hours, i fed mine 3 times a day, most of e time, the bbs shld be eaten, clear away from the bowl roughly about an hours time, u can's let e bbs stay too long, as the fries will over feed and not able to digest, u end up with live POO from the sh bb.

if the bbs is going out of e fishbowl too fast, u can always adjust the waterflow slower lor.... :P

You can try an oil layer or egg white mixed with seawater to prevent babies from getting stuck to the water tension at the top.

Not sure if it will affect swim bladder inflation. Normally for pelagic fish larvae they utilise either one of these 2 methods to prevent surface death. You must remove the oil layer before swim bladder inflation (if it happens in seahorse..I'm not too sure). For egg white you can leave it inside, however it will ferment slowly and you will have to change water after a few days.

Always something more important than fish.
