leather not fully opening

hi all, i have a leather in my tank for quite sometime already but i realise that it does not fully open. only the long individual "tenticles"(dun know how to call them exactly) come out, the fluffy part does not come out.

need help here? are they short of anything vitamins or anything?

sorry no test kit. i change 10% water once every 4 days.

it is a nano tank with 36w pl light. one blue and one white.

Check your water perimeter.

Hey bro, Used to hav the same prob. Read it some where its due to the toxic chemicals released by softies in yur tank that cause it.

Check out yur inhabitants or u can try to put it in high flow areas.

And maybe upgrade yur lights. They are light loving coral species.
