You got to be more specific in your questions:

what do you mean mixing freshwater fishes with Marine fishes?

Anyway...do visit the newbie section (new to the hobby) and do some reading before you embark on this hobby. Its not so simple. All the best

i m newbie. i hope to mix marine with abit of fresh. Any suggestion such a arrangement is good or bad? I dun mind adopt damsel, but how big will it grow? thanx

mix marine with freshwater fishes? I HATE this!! Even by so called-experts who do that. They just make those fishes suffer for nothing by adjusting them from saltwater to freshwater and vice-versa.

bro, if u saying u ar new a wanna exp "easy" fish maybe tropical fish then to marine I believe they r totally a different requirement needed, for both need totally different care. a simple example tropical fish we Must chahge water atleast monthly as in marine we dunt(apart from percentage changes of water).

I believe we have senior and forums to guide u to start wif a marine "easy and simple set up for newbies " do ask whay u want I am sure many experts here willing to teach u.

PLEASE take care the fishes be it marine or tropical. NO way they can mix as in both are diferent world>

pls dun ever do that

If a man could beat his own fantasy. Then to only breed in captivity. Then its pointless.

Genesis 1:20

And God said, Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that has life, and fowl that may fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven. And God created great whales, and every living creature that moves, which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind, and every winged fowl after his kind: and God saw that it was good. And God blessed them, saying, Be fruitful, and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let fowl multiply in the earth. And the evening and the morning were the fifth day.

:D hi fren,

i 130% agree with bro livebait

the bigger the better unless you intend to have a sump of the same capacity then in terms of volume you wil have a five footer tank

my 2 cents

Thanks to all frenz for advice again on the size of tank. I do have a 3 ft tank. I tot that for a starter, I need to begin wit a small tank b4 upgrade to bigger tanks. Now i know that the bigger the better. Usually, I logged on to internet once or 2 time a week and therefore led to delay in replying the threads. Reali sorry to all.
