weipro 2018 wif Rio32HF

just bought a weipro 2018,

venturi driven type....

for pump recommended --(max2700-3800l/h)

but didnt read when the time i buy......

so bought a Rio32HF...

flowrate(8000l/h)

i use it to go wif the 2018....

the bubble is big...

any1 try this b4?

is the pump to strong for it?

can i still use it or must change?

the bubbles looks alright.. has it break in yet? maybe u shld try with eheim 1262 and see the difference since 1262's output is within its recommended range although its always been better to go over its limits..

im using extrema for 2013.. works well with dark skimmate.

but water level too high cant tune down to the level indicape

will it be ok?

bro i dont think u can make it so low and foam it all the way up to the collection cup.. haha..

to reduce noise, u can attach a air tube to the air intake..

whoa bro, hw much u got the 2018? where u get? can pm me? i'm using 2017..... water level tune to e neck level, not bad a skimmer iusing those small ball of cotton and stuff half into the air inlet, nw almost noiseless.....

i dont think stuffing in cotton into the air intake is a good idea in the long run. u're just reducing air intake and bubbles will not be finer in this case.. no skimmer works with big bubbles i suppose..
