yiling....let me throw in centralised chilling for the tanks as well....common pool of water maintained at 27deg....those opting for even colder water can still use their chillers to push to 24-25 if they want. for those who are happy with 27deg....they can say bye bye chillers in their homes

if tank crash sue the management...lol

they are supposed to install mega skimmers to remove decaying organics before they have a chance to crash the tanks......or at least some automated seawater change when the meters detect dangerous levels of organics in the water
