I am thinking of removing the brown tang. I have an existing fish trap, but anyone can tell me wad bait/food sld i use to entice the brown tang to catch it?

Is ur fish trap a beta box ??

u might need put it in ur tank for a weeks or mth. Feed the fishes through the box

wait till the tang goes inside and close the door which usually dont as the beta box still new

Thanks bro. . yes its a beta box. got it 2nd hand from another reefer. . prob start placing it in the tank tmr. . need to reduce some bio load or else i can forgo the thought of adding my last fish, purple tang.

bro, yellow tangs can live in harmony in groups of 3-5. Just NEVER add a brown tang, its %^&% aggressive. Yellow tangs are the most timid, sld be added first, and sld be all around the same sizes. If planning to add aggressive tangs like purple tang, put in the last.

Alternatively, buy all the tangs u wan n throw in together all at the same time so one wun be more territorial over another.

bro, in fact AT and powder blue are my favourites. However, the risk of them getting itch is very high. After some consideration, i decided that if all my tangs can pass 6 months without any casulties, maybe i wld try an AT.

my corals are pretty limited. So far all the clams and lps are doing well, prata recovering from my previous rescape. will keep ya updated again.

Need to find a balance between corals and fishes. Since i have a fowlr tank, most prob i will take out the brown tang and unicorn tang to reduce bio load.

Only these two tangs for the time being. i admit i am bias, still prefer the yellow, regal, red sea salfin and purple tang.
