OK, response to some question. This is a SINGLE Channel Timer, this means, you can only control one device but with the flexibility of different way (8 way to on and 8 ways to off in this case).

Example is you can control the same device to on/off at diff timing at weekend vs weekday etc.

Hope this is clear.

hi,

Is this for direct plugin into 3 pin plug or we wire up terminal?

What does it uses to turn on/off the circuit? I'm getting sick of those timers that keep getting stuck for my MH (tired 4 already 1 cheapo one, 2xthe ben and 1 taiyo electronic one) which is only 2x150w.

BTW whats the temperature rating also.

Thanks.

It has two connector to wire to a AC Plug. The output can be direct to device or you can couple with an AC relay, it is all upto you.

Operating temp as in the second picture: -25 to 60 C.

I don't suggest you have this inside your MH housing, if you want to do that, you may need high temperature grade devices which normally not cheap. However, if you want to mount/attach it next to MH housing, it will all depand on your housing design. Just measure the Temp at the place you would like to put the device, as long as it go below 60 C, you should be save, else good luck!

BTW, the ben also may not work if you get the normal home version.
