Dear all,

appreciate if anyone could help. i'm building my own tank & are looking for the suitable silicone for my glass tank. know of this "Dow Corning Silicone" but can't find any retailer selling it. does anyone know of any hardware shop that sell? or any other good quality silicone that i can use? my new tank size are as follow:

(L)1600 x (H)750 x (D)680.

no idea about the Dow brand but have seen a showroom in Specialist Shopping Centre 3rd floor. The brand name is "Simson sealant" and they display a tube for aquarium use. I think they operate office hours cos i was there at night and they are closed. Also have read on the net of the sealant by General Electric (GE) is good.

If you choose Dow, then i believe there are a model # to it, so you need to know wat model #.
