Oops ... I'm a little confused.

I had always thought that the calcified pinkish-purplish stuff growing everywhere is called Coraline Algae.

You mean the portion outlined in blue below is not Coraline Algae?

Just blow some flow at it, if its coraline algae it will stay cos its hard.

Epoxy is coralline magnet. Not sure for superglue..maybe the same.

Hi Eric, it is already in the "turbulence area" between the Tunze Stream and SEIO 820. So there should be plenty of flow around it now.

Errr don't think it's coraline. Think its just algae. Superglue tend to do that but the algae usually very thin layer and the SPS can encrust over.

Superglue repels algae...

weird enough, algae doesn't grow on patches of super glue!!!

Go try in yr tank over algae patches, works wonders for me
