Just go buy some commercial bulbs which are less than 6000K. Won't cost you more than $50.

I personally find Iwasaki 6500K too stark white for home lighting. I think 5000K should be just right. 10000K is blueish and makes red look weird and Radiums will give you a headache.

Don't forget the problem of UV.

J/K abt for my home , but i am serious if any MH users wish to throw away old blubs . Best would be 400watts ..
