help on sand goby

hi guys ,bought 2 big sand goby from a shop ( u know those eat sand 1 ) .As i using c3 so i bought real big ones ,but the problem is that they sfift sand under my rock instead of just the surface as i thought them to be .Is this normal im just worried that they bring the rock down as they also making my water dirty tks ya and advice on what i should do

hmm my sand goby is doing tt too.. not really making my water dirty.. bt its just digging a hole to stay at night.. pretty cute guy..

I share your sentiments also. I have bought a sand goby recently. But, dun worry abt it. It will wander around your tank and find a suitable spot and dig a sand cave under a rock. Strangely, it knows to dig under those stable rock works only. It's quite fun watching it digging its burrow.

Initially it made my tank cloudy also. Might be due to the weeks of dirt piling on top of the surface of sand. But if your filtration system and skimmer is working fine, all should be ok.
