bloodlamb
hi, I bought this red star fish from AquaMarin last night. It did not seem to have moved at all from the position I placed it. Is is normal? How to tell if a star fish is dead? Do they turn white or something? Thanks
veliferium
to see if its dead, jus see if the tentacles at the underside is still moving, observe it for at least 30 secs
bloodlamb
I just tried flipping it backwards and it turn itself back to the right side very very slow. It is normal for star fish to be so slow? I saw some baby brittle stars in the sand bed they seems to move much faster.
