Black Ocellaris (totally Black And White Type)

I'm looking for the above, very nice...

seen some 'Black Ocellaris' at Cora*F***, but the head is orange. Looking for the totally black type

dun know still have or not...and yes its about 10 x of the regular clowns you see in lfs

Wow....I waiting for genetically engineered clowns.

Waiting for violet maroon clowns....Or maybe glow in the dark clownfish.

Coral Farm is selling at S$32 per fish ..

Left with only 5 i think i saw them today ..

If you look at the tank, there are color grades with some much darker than others. Compare with regular ocellaris and they are almost brown. All black ocellaris start out this color and darken with maturity - some more black than others. CF's are captive bred, as are most on the market.

so the orange head will turn black at a later stage, or will they remain orange?

I believe it's the luck of the draw.....some will still have a little orange on the face/lips.

Its a long way in. you might want to take cab from Kranji MRT station.

wow...thats fast. i think sales was slow (because saw quite a lot on my past 2 visits last time, and the number looks the same) for those black ocelarris until this pic was posted
