Who gives their fishes names??

Hi all,

I do realize that some people name their freshwater betta (fighting fish) but anyone actually name their marine fish??...

Hahaa, if it's common, i might get into it too.. hmm.. wad should i call my blue tang? dory?! lol..

i only nickname my common clown "grumpy" coz it just looks grumpy most of the time... that and it's been with me for 3-4 years already... the other fishes all nameless...

my yellow tang is 'xiao huang', my regal blue is 'xiao lan', the bigger clarke clown is 'bully' cos it is always chasing the smaller clarke clown, whose name is 'xiao chou' cos it is ugly........ha ha ha

ah yes. I have a shoal of chromis. I call them the "shoal sisters", and my 3 wreck fish i call "the 3 degrees'. Dont know if you lot in singapore will get that though!

I name my griessies Alpha, Bravo and Charlie..... for easy identification and referment in conversations.

But I used to have a boxfish named "Ah Tat" cos of the stupid sotong face.
