feeding for lobo,brain,prata,plate and elegance

i understand that lobo brain prata plate bubble and elegance require feeding of some sort

just like to find out how often you guys feed? (issit even ok to not feed them?)

and with what? (is coral food alone enough?)

i feed them with market prawn. once a wk. they color up abit .

once you feed them , they will demand it the following day.
