anybody claim b4 at small claims tribunal?

as above... in this case , it is regarding the purchase of a sick puppy and its medical bills in which the pet farm refuse to take responsibilty of as the disease is not that kind of overnite can get one... already had a consultion with the assistant registar at his office but could not settle to a claim amount. the amount suggested by the pet farm is a measly sum.

anybody can help? i er.. trade my tiny stars for your 2 cents advice??

yes and 2 kinds of internal parasites but the pet farm claim that the hospital test kit is not accurate hence not compensating me. my poor dog suffer...

parvo virus is lethal. is the poor puppy still ard??? did u bring the puppy down for a walk during the quarantine period? u r not suppose to bring ur puppy down till he has finish all 3 innoculations.

most pet shops will hv a minimum 7 days warranty for the dog.

no walk. less than 12 hours reach home already vomit diarrhea... unfortunately this particular pet farm dun have. cos he kenna claim against at leats half a dozen times 'he' said to the registar.
