Yes, those in PR now are SPS, mostly acropora and montipora and pocillopora.

Staghorn is one type of acropora. The long branching type.

An SPS tank is one with SPS.

SPS is inside.

Staghorn is an SPS.

When a tank is properly setup just for SPS.

Saltwater, substrate, SPS corals. Fish is optional.

Ohh... SPS is expensive... no wonder pple say our pockets will be getting black holes..that time went to PR and ask one small staghorn and she say $35 if i am not wrong... big one will be around $60.. wooo

without the proper lighting, good water parameter, sufficient calcium supply....suitable temperature.....most properly...very soon will become marine with acro skeleton tank..

If you have interest in hard corals, i suggest you buy books to look at photos.... and read up more on them first.
