Still in good working condition. maintian it well. used for about 7 months. Selling for $100. reason for selling: upgrade plan.

note:

1. i m using a sicce micra with modified epoxy impellor (to withstand high pH) from cookiemunster.

2. For it to work, you would need to hook it up to a water auto-topup device (eg. Coral Labs TUBBY).

collection @the west. PM me if you are interested.

hihi,

the inlet (connect from tubby or water top-up device) is where i attached my air-tube show in the picture. The H02 suppose to flow all the way down to the bottom of the KR guided by the PVC tube. the outlet is where the kalk water push out from the top.

i hope it helps. if you still need more clarification, pm me. i will try my best as i can.

p.s. so sorry the DC is not with me so i got to use my hp cam :P a little small though. hope that you can see where i connect the air-tube in the inlet.

I think you had connected it the wrong way, the water coming in from the water reservior should be connect to inlet without the pvc pipe and the outl flow from KR should be connected to the one with the pvc pipe. Hope this help.

That is the way it was design to work and Ivan is the one who told me and am using this model for a year and now using the new version. If in doubt check with Ivan. Anyway a good piece of equipment and good luck to your sale.

I think Loster is right. The idea is to get fresh water right to the bottom of the KR to be mixed with the kalk. CM have carefully designed the reactor in a way that even with the reactor is stirring, only the clear kalk solution will be pump into the tank. ;)

By hooking up the other way (Davwong) it defeat the purpose of the kalk reactor liao, we might as well pour the kalk paste directly into the tank. :D

Btw, kalk paste are very caustic and should never at anytime be introduced into the tank. Be it by manual dripping or through Kalk Reactor. :D

Say so much, I think I oso :off: liao. Upz for you sale Loster.
