this is a rare time that I get to use the computer.

I will be brief.

MElbourne is not that cold. but sometimes, the wind gets really cold and all.

alright, I'll come back soon to post some pictures. :)

Wait till june time...... it will be darn cold... :lol: visited mr fren at melbourne last june... :D

yup...agree with ekia...june till aug period very very cold

went there last yr during national day period and its real cold

the winds in the suburbs where i stayed made it much worse

ever saw a t-shirt that says 'four seasons in a day'? that summarizes the weather in melbourne.... :lol::lol: :lol:

I dunno I don't find it cold. other people find it cold.

I guess in winter, it can't beat the english winter in terms of bitterness. although I do hate the rain and the wind. plus wind chill factoring, it just makes everything a bit more miserable.

and no, no aussie chicks sighted yet. so don't ask. :P

actually my fren from melbourne says it is a freak summer at the moment. apparently it just SNOWED in summer in canberra, which is even nearer the equator than melbourne. and in mid-jan when I went to Gold Coast for holiday, it was 18 deg C!!! Surfer's Paradise my foot!! :blink:

Be teachable always, nobody has a monopoly on wisdom. But learn to distinguish "fact" from "opinion".
