I hate Slimy Cyano....yucks....may want to get black sea cucumber to turn over the sand more often....it should help also.. ;)

Quite true too. If you dun like the cucumber you can even try Sand Dollar, I bought two from ML to clean up my sand beds with great success.

If you want, I can pass you one as both are growing too crowded for my tank liao. :D

These are not Algae but Cyano Bacteria.

The cheaper way to rid them other than rowa is to siphon them out. But this will treat the symptom not the cause, the cause of cyano for your case as identified earlier is overfeeding.

Besides rowa another way is to nuke your tank with Red Slime Remover. But bear in mind that RSR will stunned if not kill the beneficial bacteria in your tank as well, thus used it only as a last resort. ;)

ya, it opened liao. Especially at nite. Just that the tentacles are abit short.

but im quite sure ill be able to make the grow for more food !!

ya bro, i think its a favia too:)

flpped some books and confirmed

and BTW thx for your sand dollar :):)
