How to guarantee delivery ? Buying stuff from chna

I am going to order some equipments from China. They dun take credit cards payment. And they want 100% payment before shipping. I assume that means that I can only use money transfer or money orders.

Is there any way to guarantee that I can get my goods ? what are the means to do this type of transactions ?

talk to bank. But u have to pay bank first.

however , it's more secure than dealing direct with China. In case , you might not see the goods at all ( in most case highly chance )
