What is a true cured Live Rocks

I have heard of Cured Live Rocks, what does that mean?

1. It has Red and Purple color?

2. It is free from Crabs and Worms?

3. It is free from Alage?

4. All the above?

5. Or is it just s rock with Red, Purple color and include Crabs and Worms?

Please give some clues to this phase....Cured Live Rocks

If I have used a high Salnity (I mean very high, above the reflectometer can measured) to chase the crabs and worms out, does it killed my live rocks? Will my LR revive?

red & purple are considered algae as well

liverocks does not died from dis treatment.

one other factor is its smell. it should exhibit sea breeze smell and not some rotten eggs pungent smell.
