its really not a bad CR.... the only bad point i can find is that to load in and unload the media is quite troublesome...... because of the middle pipe..... in those old square type CR......... the newer round ones i haven try so dont know........ thats all..... other than the fact mentioned above all is ok ....

I don't quite like it as the internal piping keeps dropping off and I need to open the thing up again to fix it back. But the system has done away with the need for a dosing pump is a good one.

how about the media used inside?

does macro sell its own media or do you guys have your own preferred media inside?

I used the Macro brand as that was the only one I can get hold of then, pretty good as I can see my corals react better (maybe it is all in the mind). Too lazy to test the Ca so can't be really sure about the efficiency.

But I was bubbling CO2 pretty quickly too, about 1 bubble / 2 sec.
