SRC Member AlfaRomeo Posted February 7, 2005 SRC Member Share Posted February 7, 2005 Andysho, you have seen growth tips before rite? Usually its off-white and very different texture from a tip that is experiencing STN. Like you mentioned previously, u have been following the zeovit guide strictly rite? then STN is a very remote possibility and what u r experiencing is growth. weileong
The zeovit guide is just a basic guide, you must observe the reaction of your corals in order to know how much to dose. How abt some clear photos to let us help you? If it is lost of tissues at the tips then in this case after some time it will turn a bit brown as algae starts to grow on it. In this case it could be caused by zeovit overdose. If it is new growth then the above will not happen.
