How to give fishes a balance diet?

Hi all

At the moment I am feeding my fishes with Ocean Nutrition Formula One pellets and frozen brimp shrimps. Is it good enough? Any other recommed food to give my fishes a balance diet?

My FOWLR Tank Livestocks :

1 Yellow Tang

1 Blue Tang

8 Ocellaris Clownfish(Nemo)

1 Africa Clownfish

1 Tomato Black Clownfish

2 Akindynos Clownfish

1 Four Stripe Damselfish

1 Yellow Angelfish

1 Rusty Angelfish

1 Bicolor Angelfish

1 Coral Beauty Angelfish

1 Sand Goby

Pls Advice

u can try some seaweeds for ur tangs ;0

woh~ tts alot of fish in there.. maybe u can try some flake food like spirulina algae.. my tang & clown love it..

I used Henry's feed too, but i used to let my tangs have some cabbages or lettuce soaked in garlic...some nori....formula 2 pellets...mysis shrimps...brine shrimps...cyclopeeze....

frozen brine shrimp is more like candy to them....tasty but low in nutritional level.

Bro, with all your LS, guess using Henry's Recipe would be good as his food gives the angels in your tank a good diet...

I had already tried henry's food before and find that the water a bit blur after feeding so I stopped feeding.

yah man...But no choice all e fishes love it...Even new fishes tat i add in, immediately chong for henry food mix.

So everytime i add in abit bit 1st then aft 5min then add in a bit bit again so tat e fishes will b able to finish most of it w/o it getting suck into e filter sys....

yes.. you need to have a good skimmer to feed henry's food

you need a good blender to make henry's food!

and also good ventilation too!
