Where to find this Eheim Part?

hey pple,

the light green coloured rubber ring on my eheim 3535 (surface extractor) just broke some days back...was at an LFS and he told me they never bring that in..anyone knows where they sell that? help !

i think its part number 7304550 in this article..

and even before it broke..the surface skimming seemed to have stopped..the water has stopped rushing into the inlet valves like it used to..however, the external eheim pump is still working....anyone experienced that before??what could be wrong?
