Can someone confirm whether marble starfish is reef safe?

I did remember Henry remind me that it's not reef safe, otherwise i bought it long ago already.

henry told me its reef safe... :o

Even liveaquaria says its reef safe....

Only 2 types of seastars are reef safe if I did'nt remember wrongly. Only those from the genus linckia and fromia. Might have others...but seastars from these 2 genus are the more commonly available ones.

Always something more important than fish.

I have seen that from AM before. I had asked the guy there and he advise me not to buy it if I have corals in the tank. Reason being it will climb all over the plcae, especially at night! IMO, if it has been giving you problems by climbing over your beloved corals and thus affecting them, it is your choice if you still want to keep them together. For me, I will remove it. B)

I have 3 starfishes in my tank now. One very big blue linckia but harmless and 2 small orange ones I think you call them orange sea star . Looks like

Personally I prefer the orange sea star, cuter . (My ladies love them too. I think there is just something about star fish that attracts the women!)

I got them from Iwarna (S$8 each) :eyebrow:
