My cheapo skimmer

Hi,today got myself a new weipro 2013 and connect a new aquabee 2000 for my 2ft cude tank.Its still not cheap to get a cheapo skimmer that cost me total $190 with new pump.Below are the pics of the skimmer started running on my sump tank,can anyone tell me hows the performance?

not sure abt the specs, but a macro as250 with nw pump included cost less than 190.

hi me also using one of this skimmer too but my is a 2014, it only cost me about S$50 with out pump. it is working very good for my tank

It is the pump that cost alot but is a good pump consume less electricity at 38watt produce less heat and height max at 3m.

I own AS250 before this weipro.My AS250 take 3days to break in and this weipro take within 1day only.But in future if i can get a diy skimmer body will get a needle wheel for aquabee pump.
