SRC Member Volitan Posted January 17, 2005 SRC Member Share Posted January 17, 2005 May I know which one went into the tank 1st - the volitan or the goby? So far all my casualities were introduced AFTER the lion. I am not sure if there is any relationship on sequence of introduction, but I guess it may improve the survivality of the potential "prey". Dispar_Anthias
IMO one should already know that you should not add any predatory fish into the tank.... volitan will eat anything that can feed into its mouth and goby are no no... even if your goby dun get eaten now, when the volitan grow it will still be eaten.... Read up more Oh ya another reason why you should nto add any lion is becos a reef tank, you have to do many things be it scaping, arranging of stuff or picking up fallen corals... thus if is very risky to put your hands in if you have a volitan.. IMO a hazard
