u can try live phyto, dead phyto powder, cyclopeeze, liquidfying marine etc.

choose target feed or expose them to the flow of the food once u pour it in.

i alternate with AquaPharm sea plankton and liquid marine, getting growth and colors. Twice a week should be enough for a moderately stocked tank. Reef supplement, light, calcium and iodide should also be considered for thier well-being.

You need to shut down the skimmer for an hour. You can also try target feeding with a syringe.
