big trouble

recently when i woke up i found my brown tang died without any sign of stress it has been wit me for almost 1 year and recently my clown sweetlip has also die checked the water found out nothing wrong don know izzit recently the sebae anemone i bought sting them please helip me out thanks

What other fishes do u have? Did u dose any additives recently? Change the food to different types?

Is there any signs few days prior to the fish died? Like rapid or heavy breathing?

i got a two band sweetlip,panther grouper,yellow tang,foxface,two false clownfish,three strip demsel.Becos recenly just bought some coral so i add in some addictive likes trace element,calcium,stogium,and found my kh has been dropin so i increase it.
