Ratcool's Tank

This is my 3' Nisso Tank...It's quite a serene tank with a few soft corals here & there.

I am using a Aquamedic Biostar Flotor, Seio Wavemeaker and a Aquamedic Phosphatefilter.

These two filters are just excellent...after injecting in the phyto ...it takes about 1 hour to get the water crystal clear again.

Cheers.

Ratcool69. Welcome to the forum.

I guess guys here are a little too preoccupied at the moment to react to your tank thread. Generally, they are very nice and if asked to comment..they will.

Please be patient and they will definitely get back to you. By demanding replies probably would not get you a lot of feedback you want.

Why not start your thread again with a list of your tank spec and some questions....that will start off a good discussion and sharing.

:peace:

I guess not many pple are using this skimmer ..... that's why a lot of us think that its a seio pump..or is it?

the only thing I find about this pump is that it takes up too much space if its not in the sump.

How long have you had the tank running??

Do you have a sump for the tank?

Ratcool : u can add some sun corals to brighten up your display tank. Sun is pretty easy to strive well as long as u DIRECT FEED each polys. **Do some search on its feedings** ;)

The Biostar flotor is a good filter & skimmer at the sme time. It does the job very well. I've had this tank running for the past 6 months.

I've had a 5' tank previously but had sold off my house as it was built into the partition. I had that for about 5 years.

This new tank is a continuing episode after I started a 2' tank after my 5' (got abit lazy) tank. then now the 2' is converted into a eel tank...with a snowflake....garden eel....wolf eel...and white ribbon....
