Green water means that the the water is fill with Phytoplankton. The colour of the phyto truned the water to green, that why ppl call it green water.

What wrong? Optimistically you would have full concentration on the 9 remaining. 5 weeker should be fed combination of enriched BBS and amphipods....

got feed enrich bbs only, but not amphipods, as they are difficult to catch or vaccum to the fries tank. will try amphipods.

Hi chinmo,

Use a 6mm tubing, target the pods and siphon into a small container.

Alternatively try sea monkey now. Enrich about 50s in small mug for 1 hours at least with Zoecon & spirolina diluted. Feed and repeat twice daily. Can reuse enrichment juice several time. You may also do it in the frig thus juice and monkeys can last longer.

Zoecon should be your training weapon when shifting to frozen mysis.

the 9 fellas doing fine, tried Abs, too large for them, did siphon the amhipods, cos copepods too small for them liao.

a bit update..... 9 of them doing good at 7 weeks, pic abit skinny, they are into their training to frozens period, fed tiny bit in the morn, later at nite will intro cutup mysis and live food together....

My 1st successful patch take about 2 1/2 months before it started to change.

is there sumthing growing on your fries? pls check for hyroids as it can grow fairly quickly can the fries and may overhealm it.

have seen hyroids growing on sh fries but not cyno...lol ..time u got a UV-c . but when they grow older those stuff will cease to grow on their body... maybe u can try removing by using a fine hair paint brush and manualy and gently brush it away.

a few of the fries are eating frozens cyclops! was actually trying to train them to eat frozens mysis, but not much response.... so i tried cyclops tonite, and a few were snicking away! hope they learn to take mysis soon. they are 2 mths old le

I share the joy when you see the young chomping away on the food....you can try the decap bbs eggs (can check with Iwarna where i got mine). I have tried bbs for my perc clowns and they are growing!!!!
