FOR ME :

veri impt......water condition and fish health.

If I walk into an LFS with ...let's say.... dead fishes lying all over the place(in the tank) ...

or

murky or cloudy water...

or majority of the fishes with ich all over...

....nope...I wont go back there

I was looking for wide variety of live stock.. of course best with wide variety of dry goods and equipments(such as skimmer, lighting, ca reactor Fr reactor)... Of course equipemtns from reputable brand like(deltec, H&S, euroreef, AquaC, precision marine, aqua medic or even red sea) of course sales person must be friendly and nice(like uncle Tan and Henry) to chat with honest too.... Willing to import exotic fishes like hotumantua angel once in a while... Willing to bring in high quality inverts like ultra maxima occasionally....

Shop front must be big and clean...... or else step in also sian

one shop you can look into as a case study can be ML. It might not have the cheapest LS, but reefers still go back to him again and again.

After sales service eg Home Delivery for heavy items.

Bigger shop area. Some lfs look full even with 10 customer only.

Just a thought.

are you all going there for the fish or the gals????? .for me to chose i rather have rare fishes then chio gals. . but if have both thats better
