This size should be able to fit in a small to medium size of Maltese, Shih Tzu, Bichon Frise, Papillion, Jack Russell, Wire Fox Terrier, Miniature Schnauzer, West Highland Terrier and etc. Reason of selling:- bought this for her dog... although the length and size number is correct, his dog tummy is too big to be fitted in...
