Eheim pump (1260) and live rocks for sale

I'm giving up the hobby as my job scope increases and my newborn(delivered on the christmas eve) to take care. I really got no spare time, moreover my wife has been nagging since half a year ago. I have the following items to let go but got no picture and reassure that it is in working condition.

- 1 x Eheim pump (1260) (1 yr old) - $90 (free bio ball but don't know the exact amount sorry)

- Around 20kg of live rocks - $4/kg

- 1 x ECO-pal electronic PH tester - $45

- 3/4 of Tropic Marine salt (3.1kg pack) - $18

- Salifert Phosphate test kit (used 5 times) - $12

- Salifert Ammonia test kit (used 3 times) - $12

P.S. I have to sell the pump first before selling the rocks.
