from ML, should be reef safe.....i had one a year back.....still doing its job quite well....never grow big........however, it might eat snails.....

Hi ,

I hv two in my tank for more than a year now. Nvr bother my corals.

They seems more active at night and would be picking away at (I think) algae and left over food bits. I would say they are reef friendly...but like one bro here said - it may go after snails (eg turbo snails) especially if the snails are much smaller than itself.
