Lastly

i have one fish (dun know the name) always stay on the sand, like to eat / clearing my sand for food and dirt, will it affect my water parameters?

hi there,

thanks for the prompt reply.

As mentioned, using buffer, how and what buffer brand your recommend? Will it affect my current Fish and corals?

For salifert brand, can i get it from Petmart?

As for the goby, how come it still hides beyond the rocks for almost 3 days. afraid it might die due to lack of food...

Lastly, i have a wrasse and what to feed these fish?

PH will always go up and down with the lighting cycle. A consistent PH is not really possible to achieve, unless you have something that doses a PH buffer at night.

As long as your PH swing is within 7.9 to 8.5 daily... it's not stressful to your tank inhabitants.

Hi there,

First of all if yours is a shrimp goby than it is normal for them to be dwelling at the bottom part of your tank.

Wrasses, they are one of the biggest family of fishes in the ocean. It again depend on what kinf of wrasse you intend to keep. The cirrhilabrus are a good species that are not detructive and yet beautiful.

I would suggest you post a pix of the goby you are having now so that we could ID it.

Also, never buy anything from any LFS if you aren't sure:

1) What it feeds on

2) What is it maximum size

3) What is its commmon names
