It is both. The basic zeobak/zeofood/zeostart have to do with bacterial.

This system works by using bacterial to reduce/maintain your system in low nutrient enviroment that is smiliar to NSW (natural seawater).

They also have supplement to enhanced the coloring in the corals as well.

Zeovit refers to the whole method. Zeolites refers to the rocks used in the zeovit method.
