Yup Mel! A friend commented on the cost of acrylic. and it just struck me ... acrylic tube cost so so much more.. and i believe that not all design in the market are the best design. and i dun want to copy them..

GiantBike... i guess running a 1200L/h-2000L/h pump on this fellow will be more than enuff to make it foam like hell...

i'm making the piping and the injector this week.. will show more pic ..

Care to share how you glue the acrylic together and make it water tight. Are you using water thin acrylic glue or the thicker ones.

I am building a overflow box but encountered a lot of leaks. Any help appreciated.

Hi Rockfish,

Care to share how you glue the acrylic together and make it water tight. Are you using water thin acrylic glue or the thicker ones.

I am building a overflow box but encountered a lot of leaks. Any help appreciated.

i used those very watery type... and it leaks too ..

i played cheat.. i use hot glue to seal the leaks..

i suggest... if u have scrap acrylics.. crush them until very fine .. put into a glass jar... pour the watery solvent into the jar .. then cover it..

leave it overnite until all the acrylic melts.... then u have those thick glue liao...

i think the thick ones can seal better... unless ur cutting edges are really flat...
