How to keep fishes alive?

Hi, I have been keeping marine fihes for almost 2 years. All my fishes are going very healthy and active. But recently, i introduced about 4 fishes into my tank but the result was not very pleasant. All of them died. Can anyone tell me wahat happening? This is not the first time already.... :(

hard to tell without more details...

how big your tank? what 4 fishes? size of the fishes? current tank inhabitants? etc.

you could have overstocked too quickly and the toxins built up quicker than your tank can handle...

Be teachable always, nobody has a monopoly on wisdom. But learn to distinguish "fact" from "opinion".

if it is overstocking....not only will the 4 fishes died...the tank would have crashed

there is a few possibilities....

one as mentioned by wayne

another is that those were cyanide caught fishes..

another is poor handling...

another is very stressed...but this seldom occur
