Here's an idea for DIY. Look for a bare 3ft tank and ask hardware shop to cut acrylic sheets to the size that u want.

That is just an example of a sump layout, u make some modification to have some space allowance for the skimmer. I doubt anyone will be giving away a 3 ft sump tank as they usually cost from $70 onwards. Not easy to wait for one. If u purchase an old tank and DIY, it will just take few days to complete. For more designs for the sump, do a google search.
