H&S aquabee pump & needlewheel

Hi.

My H&S 2000 making this funny chugging sound. Thinking of getting a new pump with NW to replace. it. Anyone knows how much this baby will cost me? If its too ex, then might consider getting another skimmer.

bro, if you have a OR pump i can pass the needlewheel impeller to you. Or maybe if you have a Ehiem, we can try fitting the impeller.

I got it from the states thinking it can fit into my Rio.....but found out that impeller works only OR....no more $$$ to get a OR pump so have been leaving it unused..... the impeller should be quite cheap as i got it together with some other stuffs for $30....

yeap....i have the rio one too....but a bit to flimsy, one of the teeth broke of when i try installing it to the rio pump....

the OR one better in that its seems thicker and harder...but can't fit into the rio unless i 'trim' away the sides, then really a waste.....

Its an 18w Aquabee pump leh. Tieng, if you dont mind, can pass the nw to me. Its for OR pump which size? Best fit a spare 1060 I have around.

it for OR 3500....not sure if 1060 can fit, i try fitting it to a Ehiem pump but can't fit also, its a 1600 litre pump not sure if it 1060 though (i think my Ehiem might be 1250).

perhaps measure the diameter of your current 1060 impleller, i'll measure the diameter of the needlewhell....save us the trip if it doesn't fit....

The impeller of the OR is quite big so I dun think it'll fit..

Diametre from blade tip to tip is 2 inches!

If can fit, i will mod the nw to fit the 1260 and then DIY a new skimmer out.

Ok just took a look at the OR3500. Same wattage and flow as the 1260. OK, lets deal
