White particle growing on tank glass

Dear all,

Recently I noticed the back portion of the tank glass has many small little white particle (about 1mm) growing on it. They are quite hard to remove, have to use a blade to scrape them off and it becomes powdery form when scraped. However, they keep on appearing back a week after I scrape the glass clean and they are growing in numbers. What exactly are they? Do anyone has similar experience?

Thanks for any advice!

Is it precipitation from too much calcium? try to list out your water parameters.

Dont worry, no harm just some calcium precipitation.
