Acrylic mostly come in 8 by 4ft or 6 by 4ft sheets. There are different grades of acrylic depending on the usage. Can cost low for a recycled type which would yellow in time or expensive for pure 100% virgin cast acrylic. You can always get the acrylic shop to cut for you at extra cost.
