Flashlight Fishes, Soapfishes And Eels

Can a the following fishes be kept in a 135 gallon?

Photoblepharon steinitzi :10cm

Photoblepharon palpebratum : 10cm

Anomalops katoptron : 30cm

Sixline soapfish : 20cm

Gymnothorax tile: 60cm

I feel that the first 2 mentioned fishes will become dinner. Is that true? Planning this set up with or without the eel, depending on whether the eel survives.

Flashlight fishes are not included in the chart. Anyway, I feel that it will be dangerous to keep the fishes I mentioned earlier together.
