Q1) can i dont put sand at the bottom of the tank ?i am only planning to rear common clown . Q2) why during the 3rd day of cycling , there are brown colour like things on the bottom of my tank (only a few). Why Q3) why there is water instead of foam in my skimmer Q4) when then can i introduced the fish into the tank. Q3) why there is water instead of foam in my skimmer simei skimmer? air bubble limewood kind? maybe u overskim or place the skimmer too low. Q4) when then can i introduced the fish into the tank. get test kit, check for ammonia n NO2 (nitrite). Both zero, introduce fishes. If hardcore check for NO3. maintain below 50ppm. LFS dun have sand too... u putting LR? A2) leave it alone.. i have that last time too but disappear aft 2~3 weeks of cycling A3) play with the PS setting by moving it up n down n control the air input to get gd skimmate A4) use ur test kit to test.. once the water stabalise..(mine took about 3 weeks) u can add 1 at a time.. dun rush n overload UFG not popular with marine... heard lots of neg comment..
