Help! MH light

My MH light keep shutting off after running for about 10min or so.

I have changed the bulb, igniter and capacitor but still shut off.

Can anyone advise me, thanks.

Huh u replaced everything but the ballast and it still shuts off?

Then can only be 2 things,

1. ur ballast got problem

2. ur power plug/socket got problem...

If you are using SE bulb, the problem might lies in your E40 bulb socket. The contact point where the base of the bulb sit onto the contact is moving away during heat expension. You can either replace the socket or place a tiny spring below the contact point to prevent movement.

Does your switch in the meter box trip everytime the MH goes off? If it does, then that AMP voltage needs to be increased.

No, my meter box did not trip.

Strange thing is that it happen to both my mh running on different ballast, capacitor.......

(I'm using Atman set with 2 mh and 4 pl)

Will be changing the ballast tomorrow.
