yap! quite satisfied with e performance, may get the 2018 model in future but the only problem is the noise level, very loud! below is pic of it's water inlet and the air inlet, not very sure what is injector skimmer

got it from reborn, they selling 2017 at 120, the square chamber it's meant for more reaction or contact time for e bubbles to skim, can be used in sump or out of sump, but definately cannt be hang on, with all water inside, damn heavy man! using the biggest ehiem pump think it's 1260 ba, thinking of getting a 5000l/hr pump to run this skimmer!

It is actually a venturi with a box design wherevy the air bubbles have more time to contact with the water like mentioned by someone here...

its a replica of an AquaC, so basically it is a spray injector skimmer...

IMHO, AquaC is still the better of the two, due to the following facts...

1) the weipro doesn't have the spray nozzle technology

2) AquaC has a bigger reaction box

3) the weipro skimmer cannot control the air intake

4) the weipro skimmer is made of cheaper material, plastic

5) weipro's buffer plate design is not correct

but then again, with this kinda price and the performance that it has shown in Chinmo's tank, its a good skimmer...

those are just my opinion, not here to shoot anyone...
